Honey Stinger Organic Salted Caramel Energy Gel, Caffeinated & Gluten Free, for Exercise, Running and Performance, Sports Nutrition for Home & Gym, Pre and Mid Workout, 12 Pack, 13.2 Ounce

I’ve always really liked these. I just finally started buying them on Amazon because of convenience. I also enjoy being able to buy them in bulk so that helps a lot too. The flavor is amazing. The energy level is great. Overall, a really good product. It does get really sticky so beware of that but it is a honey gel pack so. And all the people that say, these are not good. They are very good. It’s just probably not as sweet as they’re hoping them to be, but the flavor is amazing on them. It’s not gonna taste exactly like a salted caramel latte, but it does have a caramel taste to it and I love that.

If you’re an athlete, adventurer, or just someone who needs a quick energy boost during a busy day, Honey Stinger Salted Caramel Energy Gel could be a delicious and effective option. Known for combining natural ingredients with great taste, this energy gel delivers a burst of energy while keeping you fueled for longer periods. Flavor: The salted caramel flavor of this energy gel is a standout. It strikes a perfect balance between sweet and salty, offering a comforting, dessert-like taste without being overly sugary. The caramel flavor is rich, but the addition of salt gives it a savory twist that makes it enjoyable to consume during physical activity. Many users find it more palatable than other gels, which can sometimes have artificial or overly sweet flavors. Energy Boost: Honey Stinger’s energy gel is powered by natural honey, which provides a quick and sustained source of energy. The combination of honey with other ingredients like glucose and electrolytes ensures a fast boost without the dreaded sugar crash that some energy products can leave behind. The gel is designed to deliver an instant burst of energy, making it ideal for runners, cyclists, or anyone engaging in endurance activities. Plus, the addition of sodium helps replace the electrolytes lost through sweat, making it a good choice for hydration support during intense exercise. Texture and Ease of Use: The gel has a smooth, easy-to-swallow consistency that isn’t too thick or sticky, making it comfortable to consume while on the move. The packaging is convenient and compact, with a small pouch that’s easy to open during a workout or race. You won’t have to worry about fiddling with complicated packaging when you need a quick boost. Natural Ingredients: One of the standout features of Honey Stinger Energy Gel is its use of natural ingredients. The primary energy source is organic honey, which not only provides carbohydrates for fuel but also has trace amounts of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. There are no artificial flavors or preservatives, which is a big plus for those looking for a cleaner and more natural option. Performance and Effectiveness: Many athletes and fitness enthusiasts swear by Honey Stinger gels for providing a sustained source of energy during long workouts, races, or hikes. The gel is effective at staving off fatigue and providing a reliable source of quick energy when you need it most. It’s a great option for pre-race fuel or during long sessions where a quick pick-me-up is needed. Overall Verdict: Honey Stinger Salted Caramel Energy Gel is a top-notch energy gel that combines natural ingredients with great taste and effectiveness. Whether you’re training for a marathon, biking, or just need an energy boost during a busy day, this gel offers a convenient, delicious, and powerful option. The salted caramel flavor is particularly enjoyable, making it a standout choice in the energy gel category. If you’re looking for a clean, natural energy boost that’s easy on the taste buds, Honey Stinger is definitely worth a try.

Was a bit surprised by the slightly medicinal taste, due to the strength of the caffeine, but despite that, all in all a great product. It has great digestibility, and has improved my runs significantly. Will definitely be purchasing again.

Tasty and a lifesaver for hikers. Helped us keep our energy up on a 5-day hike.

Good product. I have used this off and on for years. A dependable, quick-acting source for my bike rides and long runs. Good price when on sale or as a subscribtion product compared to some others.

Great for my runs and walks. Immediately feel the energy from the honey, and I've never had a caffeine crash with this product. Highly recommended. Also, unlike other products, it feels like I get all of the gel out of the pouch.

I’m used to using the GU energy gels and never have stomach issues, but I was looking for a “cleaner” alternative. These got good reviews and I don’t need my gels to be super sweet, so I figured these would be a good option. The salted caramel latte flavor is absolutely disgusting. I had one during a 10 mile run and didn’t notice much of a boost and it was sooo hard to get down. Like actually revolting. I tried one before a run to see if it was actually that bad, and yeah, it was terrible. It’s like extremely sweet with a gross bitter after taste (probably from the green tea?). I love the Stinger stroopwaffles but I would definitely not recommend these.

I’m loving it. Not too sweet, not too bitter. The right consistency as well. This gel doesn’t weigh in your stomach like the GUs. I take one of these gels during my long runs while training for my first marathon. I can feel the boost of energy.
