The whey is used for vodka whilst the curds go into Jason's award winning cheeses.
That vanilla and white chocolate sweetness from the nose carry over along with more peppery spice.
Warming, clean and creamy.
Through clean mineral notes there’s creamy white chocolate, floral vanilla, desiccated coconut and a little lemon mousse and white pepper spice.

The milk is split into the curds and whey. The curds are used for the production of an award winning cheddar, whilst the whey is the raw material for this small batch vodka.
