Flutter by value
Lovely product and cheaper than I thought. Just needed to add a little interest to my blinds and they are just the thing. They will catch the sun ( when we get some ) and really show up on the blinds 👍🏼👍🏼

Glitter comes off if you touch
Looks beautiful on plain curtains. And they are made from wires so you can shape accordingly
