Not really vanilla
Honest home baker/ full time sweet eaterโs review: I donโt know if amazon sent me a fake or if this is the real product. I bought it after seeing the great reviews. I didnโt have high expectations for it to be excellent or a 100% real vanilla but thought it would do the job. On using it in a brownie, strawberry cheesecake and my coffee (latte), Iโm super confused? It smells and tastes nothing like vanilla and everything like this weird bubblegum berry candy flavor? In the cakes it wasnโt the worst thing ever unlike those cheap really fake vanillas. But still esp with the chocolate it gave a noticeably fruity taste. In the coffee however, it was so highly evident. And i used one drop for 3 cups of coffee. I drink my coffee really strong and I couldnโt taste the coffee at all?! So yeah its weird, not my favourite product. Personally Iโd recommend sprig (its super pricey but i love the flavor its so subtle but undeniably vanilla) or even IFF for an affordable option. But definitely buy this if fruity is the flavor youre going for.

This French vanilla essence is authentic .There is no leakage . And the fragrance last long. It cover weird smell in dough while baking. I also add this in my smothies. It is an original product so it is value for money. I would definitely buy it again. You should buy this it is an authentic essence.
