Spray on generously and evenly, using approximately 2-3 tablespoons full of product for the entire body. Do not spray directly on to the face. Apply 15 minutes before sun exposure. Insufficient application quantities reduce the protection level. Re-apply frequently, especially after swimming, sweating or towelling. Bathing or showering will remove the product.
