Brilliant quality paper. Howeever the normal price has been around £7 for years- this level has become a bit gougy

I have used one of these before and the paper is beautifully smooth. You can use these sheets as writing paper because there is only a faint margin along what becomes the right hand side of an A4 sheet. Absolutely great paper that's fountain pen friendly.

Fantastic pad, considering the great quality & the price, the back cover being just a piece of stiff brown card was a little disappointing. It’s is shown in the listing but just looks and feels cheap & clearly won’t protect the pad as well as the black plastic front cover, with this in mind I probably wouldn’t buy another A4 but I will continue to use their A5 pads. Definitely recommend all their products, and really love using them 👍🏻

I heard good things about Maruman so I got this little pad to test the paper out. I was impressed. No bleed-through. Tiny bit of ghosting, but that doesn't bother me. I used my Hongdian M2 Mini and Pilot Iroshizuku ink in Yama Guri. I love the white grid paper, which is light enough not to be distracting. The tear-out pages are convenient, and the size is perfect for the back pocket of my jeans. No pen loop, but the back has thick cardboard, so you can easily stick one on. My favorite part is the flip cover. Not only durable, but aesthetically pleasing. Makes me feel like a detective when I take notes in the street. "Ma'am, where were you on the night of World Stationery Day?" I was with Mnemosyne, I swear!

I've been buying these for five years now. I do all my time blocking, planning etc. in a digital calendar (Google Calendar with BusyCal as my MacOS client and Calendars by Readdle as my iOS client). For general notes, I've adopted the BuJo system in Leuchtturm notebook. So I don't need a paper appointment diary or calendar, BUT I often want to plan out my month to SEE how my deadlines fall and where different projects may "crunch" together. The visual "timeline" spread offered by this schedule book is PERFECT for the task. I list projects down the left and I can block in deadlines and work periods under the date columns that run across the top. And there's a little space for free-form notes at the bottom. The only trap: together with all Sundays, certain Mondays are shown in red with grey-shaded columns – I'm assuming these are Japanese public holidays, but if I'm not careful, it's easy to read the pair of grey columns as a "Saturday-Sunday" pairing and mark things in the wrong place. I don't mind the red dates, but I really wish only the Sunday columns were shaded grey. This is a minor negative though.

方眼なので縦横関係なく使える。 表の紙も、堅めなので書きやすい。
