Can you tell me does this garter fit around a 20 inch thigh?

Yes, my thigh is approx 20 inches and it was snug but not uncomfortable.

Hi Ladies, was the garter comfortable (i.e. did it itch)? Did it stay in tact through the night? Your responses would be appreciated.

it didn't itch for me i barely felt it! I would wait for someone else's opinion though, because i'm not really bothered by many fabrics.
