EPAuto Waterproof Car Trash Can with Lid and Pockets, 2.5 Gal, Black

I have had my trash can in my truck for a long time, just about over a year or so, and I have only had positive thoughts about it. It’s very space efficient for how much it can hold. I primarily put cans (crushed/uncrushed) in it and I typically can go about a month or so before emptying it out again. The product is very well-made as the leak proofing has never let so much of a drop of liquid spill out. The Velcro lid is a very nice touch along with the scrunch in the opening to prevent trash from spilling out. Theres pockets on the sides as well and I personally have napkins in them for my passengers in the rear seats as its hanging onto the center console, which again ill bring up space to volume ratio because I have a relatively small truck so the back seat is pretty cramped as it is, but the trash can doesn’t add any clutter at all and it improves the convenience of everyone in the vehicle. I have no complaints and I would highly suggest this trash can over others especially for the value of it. I hope this helped anyone looking to tidy up their cars!

Excellent product. No assembly or installation, flexible placement within the vehicle, thoughtful loop-and-hook strip that adheres easily to cloth upholstered, and nicely expandable opening for dropping stuff in. No lids to deal with, only one hand needed to use. Well made, well designed, qualiry materials, and if black fits your interior, this item is for you. Well worth the money.

This auto trashcan is just like the pictures shown in the item listing. It's very nice and well made considering the low price. It has a finished look with piped accents, and will compliment any car. Mine is black and is attached to console gear shift, hangs on passenger side. Two black plastic support pieces (enclosed) fit snugly into the pleats of the left/right handle straps. Velcro strips on bottom help keep the trashcan from moving in place. This is not a small and discrete looking auto trashcan, it has a presence and takes up space. It's about the size of a small bathroom wastebasket. This trashcan is constructed well using a thin, rigid, canvas-like waterproof material. Interior has plastic lining for wet or leaking trash. The lid is very sturdy and stiff with a velcro closure in front. Nylon elastic skirting in the center of the lid is a nice touch, well sewn, and keeps from having to open the lid every time to dispense something. The front and side exterior pockets are made of netting and good for storing things. I use mine for pocket change, writing pen/pad, napkins, pocket knife, glass cleaner and wiping cloths. The nylon strap is adjustable, clips open/closed, is sewn-in and cannot be removed. Item comes vacuum sealed, flat in clear plastic about the size of an LP album cover. I like this product a lot. Ordered the pink version for a Christmas present to go on a friend's boat. Great for RVs, too! Recommended.

I have been looking at this trash can for about a year and finally bought it. If you have garbage stacking up in your car and need a neat and convenient way to contain it, this trash can will do it. It was reasonably easy to assemble: the side braces were confusing for a bit, but after studying the can, I figured out what the instructions were showing. So now it is slung over the back of my passenger seat, and I can easily tuck away the odd little scrap of garbage that wanders into my car. Let's talk about what things could be more optimal with this can. The size of the can itself. It's not a discreet little can that blends into your car. It is quite noticeable. Admittedly I bought the pink one, and my car seats are black, so it is high contrast, but whoever sits behind my passenger seat will have a lap full of trash can if I don't move it. So be forewarned, it is a good-sized can that will be very noticeable. I have yet to set it on the floorboard behind my center console, which would make it less convenient but possibly more discreet. Overall, I'm not bothered by it being obtrusive to the backseat, mostly because I never have any passengers. Also, for clarity, I drive a 2017 Honda HR-V, so it's not the biggest car, but there is ample room in the backseat. I appreciate that they included some liners for the can, but it took two other people to figure out how to separate them to put them in the can. These liners are pretty pointless because unless you throw away messy things all the time in the can, you should be fine not using any liners and wiping it down every few times you empty it. All in all. It's a nice trash can and a welcome addition to my vehicle.

It fits well and it works well. There really isn’t much else to review. It’s a good product.

The container is basically as advertised. Unfortunately, the strap is far too short to allow it to be mounted behind the center seat/console. I had to fasten the strap around only one side of the seat and thus the trash container is off center and insecurely mounted. My previous trash container had a long enough cord to mount it in the center and fasten it around the center seat/console. The strap should be at least a foot longer.

This is fantastic! I finally have a clean car. It’s a great size for rubbish. I have it attached behind the drivers seat headrest, it does stick out a fair bit so would be annoying for a passenger sitting in the back but no one sits there in my car so not an issue. It’s also waterproof lined for any liquids that spill inside.

The car waste bin is the perfect size for the rear of the passenger seat. Alas the bags that are shown on various videos were not received. There were no instructions on what to do with the two black plastic strips but there are plenty of videos on YouTube and I manged to put them in the right place. All in all its what I expected and should work fine.
