Cercavo carbonella in blocchetti di una certa dimensione in modo che non cadessero attraverso la griglia, sia della ciminiera per l'accensione che quella di supporto del barbecue. Questi sono perfetti costano poco e la quantità è sufficiente per 5/6 barbecue senza dover continuamente comprare sacchi. Bruciano bene. Non posso dir niente sulla salubrità della composizione, mi fido ... speriamo.
