JORESTECH’s 700 Series Continuous Band Sealers are capable of sealing a wide range of bags such as stand-up pouches (Doypack), gusseted bags, pillow-type bags, sachets, barriers bags, etc..

This semi-automatic sealing machine operates with constant heat and features a versatile DualFit System for both vertical and horizontal seal head orientations. It effectively seals various materials, including most heat-sealable bags, BOPP, PVC, PE, PU, BoPET, Cello, and laminated bags, with a 10 mm (3/8 inch) seal width. Compatible with a wide range of bag formats such as pillow, pouch, sack, open mouth, stand-up, doypack, gusseted, multi-ply, and flat bottom, it is recommended for light-duty applications. The machine supports bag heights from 125 to 280 mm (4.9 to 11 inches), allowing a 12 mm (1/2 inch) allowance for bag leftover or excess. Necessary warm-up is required, and it operates within a temperature range of 0 - 300°C, incorporating a cooling feature. Designed for right-to-left product flow, it includes features like easy access panels, an E-stop, and a digital temperature controller. Although it does not include a printer/coder, it offers an option for continuous alphanumeric character embossing. The machine utilizes a PTFE seal belt with 2 heating and cooling bars, and the motorized belt has an adjustable speed of up to 12 mt/min, with a conveyor width of 13.5 cm (5.3 inches).
