These small yet powerful units will seal bags made with thermoplastic materials including Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP) and heat-sealable laminations. JORESTECH’s 600 Series Continuous Band Sealers are capable of sealing a wide range of bags such as stand-up pouches (Doypack), gusseted bags, pillow-type bags, sachets, barriers bags, etc..

This semi-automatic sealing machine operates with constant heat and boasts a DualFit System, allowing for both vertical and horizontal seal head orientations. Designed to seal various materials, including most heat-sealable bags, BOPP, PVC, PE, PU, BoPET, Cello, and laminated bags, it features a 10 mm (3/8 inch) seal width and accommodates diverse bag formats such as pillow, pouch, sack, open mouth, stand-up, doypack, gusseted, multi-ply, and flat bottom. Vertical machines support bag heights from 125 to 280 mm (4.9 to 11 inches), and there is a 12 mm (1/2 inch) allowance for bag leftover or excess. With a necessary warm-up and a temperature range of 0 - 300°C, the machine includes a cooling feature and is suitable for light-duty operations. The seal head is adjustable in height, and product flow is from right to left. Featuring easy access panels, an E-stop, and a digital temperature controller, the machine offers options for continuous alphanumeric character embossing. It utilizes a PTFE seal belt with 2 heating and cooling bars. The motorized belt has an adjustable speed of up to 12 mt/min, and the conveyor width is 13.5 cm (5.3 inches). Operating on a voltage of 110V at 50-60Hz, with a power consumption of 650W/5.9A, it uses a NEMA 5-15P plug and is fuse/breaker protected. The machine, constructed with metal and electrostatic coating, can be op or optionally placed on a rolling base.
