This manual impulse sealing machine is designed for heavy-duty applications, operating with an impulse power type. It features a 14-inch seal length with a 5 mm (3/16 inch) seal width, utilizing a single seal element. It does not require warm-up, and its sealing capabilities extend to most heat-sealable bags, including BOPP, PVC, PE, PU, BoPET, Cello, and laminated bags. Compatible with various bag formats such as pillow, pouch, stand-up, doypack, gusseted, multi-ply, and flat bottom, the machine has a rapid heat time of 0-2.5 seconds. It operates with mechanical actuation and features an LED seal indicator. The seal head angle is not adjustable, and the work table is of the metal adjustable type.
